I would rate Shane as 5 star ..as he went over and beyond what he had to do. He was accurate with what he thought we'd sell for. Couldn't do enough.. always answered your phone call and when he couldn't he would always get back to you during that day. Such a friendly and caring person.. very professional and always had a smile to greet you with. My husband and I are so pleased with his service. We'd highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed. Jessica came recommended through a family friend who had a positive experience with her and I have to say so did we. From our first meeting she was enthusiastic and easy to relate to. As it was a deceased estate she was dealing with multiple siblings grieving for a lost parent; she was empathetic and professional at all times and I found her easy to discuss issues with. From the moment we signed with her she was onto everything that needed to be done; from photos, billboards to advertising. At all times she kept us posted with regards to interested parties and when the home would be open for inspection. All in all, considering the circumstances of the sale it was a very positive experience with a very pleasing outcome.
