Steve was fantastic from the very first phone call, he talked me through every hiccup I had and soothed every potential one before it happened. Meeting me at the property with a school bus timetable showed he cared about his buyers and sellers and has shown utmost respect and support to both during the process. Nothing has been too hard for Steve right up to meeting delivery drivers and tradies-as we were located in the South West. He ensured every detail was checked and the property immaculate at settlement. Steve’s knowledge and professionalism was very apparent throughout as well. The beautiful welcoming basket was a wonderful touch too. I can’t thank Steve enough for helping us purchase our dream home after what can only be described as a tumultuous year-3 farm sales and 5 property buys and we are finally here!
