To cut a long story short: - I was told by this agent that my offer was a waste of time; - Blamed his inappropriate comments on my age; - He alleges that i declined to have a building inspection written into the agreement (this is incorrect) - When discussing final inspection dates, he told me i should be nicer to him - He lost my email address half way through the process - He did not notify me that the sellers extended family would be attending the property while i was completing my final inspection - Overall i found him condescending and would not recommend him to any young people looking to buy their first home.
