I met Gus because he was the agent selling a block of land I was interested in. Once he knew my situation (I had to sell my home first), we made an appointment to discuss my offer for the block. He arrived fully prepared with so much information and I was immediately comfortable with him. It was an easy decision to choose Gus to sell my home. At all times Gus was patient with me (even when I'd forgotten things we had already discussed), kind and very courteous. At all times I felt like he was doing the very best for me, even to the point where he arranged for a piece of furniture to be repaired after hand santiser had damaged it. Gus provided reports every week as to who and how many people came through home opens and, when the offers started coming in, he was able to get the absolute best price for my house. I would not hesitate to go with Gus in future, nor would I hesitate in recommending him. I couldn't be happier with the result.
