However The Agency head office admin leaves a bit to be desired - it took me, Adam, as well as our conveyancer contacting them a few times to correct an incorrectly charged marketing fee on the final invoice. Just before our first weekend home open was about to begin, the COVID-19 lockdown began which meant all public home opens were stopped =( This massively dashed our hopes of selling our home but thanks to Michael's extensive database he brought a few people through for private viewing and within a week we got a few offers and sold the property!
