What was most impressive about Josh was his communication. Throughout the sale of my property I always felt that I knew what was happening with regular updates at each step. In addition to this, his knowledge of the market and targeting buyers got me the price I wanted within the time frame I required.

Communicates well, great personality, knowledgeable and punctual. Liaised well between us and the vendors. We would absolutely recommend Lisa as an agent.

Can’t speak highly enough of Lisa, she went above and beyond to get the contract finalised for the purchase of our house. She’s very bubbly and a genuinely nice person. We loved that we were able to get all locks changed at no cost to us as the house was previously rented, and all other issues were rectified in a very timely manner. Thank you for making the purchase easy, we love living here.

Thank you Lisa on your wonderful, honest and professional service from our first decision to sell and up until the successful settlement of our property, Your knowledge of the market and keeping us informed at all times is very much appreciated!

We used Lisa and Joshua to sell our property at 15 Bobtail Bend Wannanup. Both Lisa and Joshua are very knowledgeable when it comes to buying or selling property. They are professional, and work hard for both sellers and purchasers. We have known Lisa for many years and would not trust our property to anyone else. Lisa and her son are a great team, they get results, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate.

Joshua was a great agent, as a buyer he opened the house a few extra times. His communication was exceptional and we knew where everything stood all the times. Wound recommend him to shy of our friends.

Shane was the most positive and energetic of the agents I spoke to. He worked hard and kept in constant contact with me through the preparation, home open and offer stages. I also appreciated the look of the marketing of The Agency; very professional.

Being a new home buyer completely new to the world of home buying, Shane was extremely helpful in highlighting important dates, timelines, along with general keeping up to date as I went through the process. Very polite and professional in every aspect of the job. The Agency's head office also very professional ensuring I never missed an important email or phone call and would go out of their way to make sure I completely understood every detail. Could not fault them on their work! Exceeded my expectations highly!
