Kerrie-Lee was very professional and exhibited an excellent knowledge of the market, particularly given the current difficult climate for selling in country areas like Toodyay. She correctly advised us not to further reduce the selling price sticking to her opinion that the property was well presented and well priced. Not long after this Kerrie-Lee obtained a full price cash offer with a quick settlement (30 days). Gus acted as my agent when I decided to sell a property in the northern suburbs of Perth. I remembered his clear communication style, willingness to listen and ability to negotiate a mutually acceptable outcome from when I met him several years earlier and this was reinforced for me after I discussed my situation with several agents operating in my area.
