We made contact with Fab after positive recommendations from our friends. He has a really good reputation locally. We were moving overseas and was at that time renting our house out to a relative, however have already planned to engage Fab to sell our house once the relative moved out. The feel good vibe with your agent was very important. He was very attentive, gave expert advice, remained professional, yet still very friendly. He answered all our questions. We made a plan together. We stayed in contact. To be honest, we saw that he was selling houses worth millions so was presuming that he may not be interested to sell our house seriously which was around the $400K. But we wanted someone really good to get the best deal out. The time came to sell our house, the market was dropping, and Fab did not disappoint us. He acted quickly even though life overseas was busy and virtual, he chased up on us, emailed us, gave us very detailed information on what he needs to sell the house ie. identification documents through the Australian Embassy on our side etc. He was sharp to point out any little mistakes so as we do not have serious consequences. The overall journey was pretty smooth, minimum stress, and alot of faith paid off. We really appreciated his attitude, and continuity and thoroughness. It pays to have someone as experienced as him. Fab ran a great campaign. We choose the drone photos along with the property photos which were very good quality. We had numerous home opens with loads of people through (I.e. obviously the right amount of exposure). We held out for the price we wanted, even though Fab had received 4 offers they weren’t the right price, and we got the price we had hoped for in the 5th offer. Fab was patient with us and lead us through the process and it’s paid off. We would definitely recommend the Fabulous Fab!!
