Joshua has been extremely helpful in the sale of my property. I have had personal issues through out this process, but Joshua has been understanding, thoughtful and considerate through out this whole time. I was always kept informed at all times. I would recommended Joshua to sell any of my properties in the future. thank you

Shane was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all questions I had Ina timely manner. He was easy to communicate with and worked well with my availability when I needed to make appointments or viewing times with him. Even after the sale he has followed up with me. Overall my experience with Shane was excellent.

Leanne was always available if we were unsure of anything. Quick to reply to email, messages, or calls. Kept us informed of each step of the sale of our home. A very caring, calming influence on us. We hope not to move again, but if we do we will call Leanne.

We had a great experience with Gus selling our heathridge home. From start to finish he was always on hand for any concerns, whilst going over and beyond getting everything we wanted in the sale. And also whilst helping us find a new property to suit our needs. We would have no problem recommending Gus to anyone needing a quick and smooth sale. Well done and thanks very much Gus!

In a tough market as was the case when we signed up with Gus, his sales knowledge and awareness of the market came in very handy. Even though there were hiccups along the way, Gus never lost his enthusiasm. As a result, we finally got our house sold and have now moved on.

The video and photos were amazing and showed the house at its very best. As a result of this and other advertising the house sold after one home open - in 7 days! Josh (and Lisa) also looked after us very well as it had been years since we'd bought or sold property and were unsure of some of the process. No question was too much trouble. Highly recommend Team Leader!

It was a great experience dealing with Janey. She knew the house inside out and was able to answer most of our queries straight away. The turnaround was quick for the queries where the owner was required to be contacted. The property was reasonably priced in the prevailing market conditions. At our request, Janey facilitated settlement 3 week earlier than the scheduled date.
