We were impressed with Nicola's professionalism. Her price estimation was what was received. She kept us informed but not excessively and the house sold quickly, settlement money in our account within a month and a half of signing the contract to have her as our agent. Her knowledge of the area is huge, we suspect 20 years. We bought a house through her in 2011, which was also super quick.
