The purchase of 23 Amalfi was facilitated by Lisa's professional approach. Amusingly, we weren't really ready to enter the market at the time we saw what is now our new home. Lisa could tell we were more serious about buying than we even gave ourselves credit for. Lisa was faultless in making the prcess of buying (and selling our existing property) as smooth and timely as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone considering buying or selling ta home.

Kristian was an amazing person to work with. He was always direct, honest and genuine at all times. His commitment to getting things done in a fair way and dedication to always being available to talk to was especially helpful. I would like to work with Kristian only for any property dealings in the future!

Jon was market knowledgeable and came well prepared even though I thought that I expected more money and thought that I knew what I wanted for the land only basis. It was soon proved to me that Jon was right and I was proven wrong but I was still very happy with the sale price in the current market. After the sale Jon has gone well and way above what anyone could ever expect from the sales person by helping me pack up my things and storing them at his house as I have moved interstate. There was a glitch with the removalists and I could never ever have achieved this by myself. I will be forever grateful and would gladly recommend this honest, lovely and helpful young family man to anyone who should care to contact me.

As a first home buyer i was very lucky to deal with Shane as i didn't have any experience and only a little bit knowledge about how the hole process works it was reassuring to have someone who went out of there way to help me though it all and even check up on how it was all going after the process was completed i couldn't be happier thank you very much

Sam was very good since the first time we met him, very polite presented well and had a thorough knowledge of the property he was selling. After dealing with a few other agents from other company's part of the reason we put an offer in on our property is because we felt Sam would have our best interest at heart. 10/10 would use him again

Good afternoon My association with Cindy from The Agency over the weeks leading up and including the process of finalising the sale of my late Fathers property was a great decision. We entrusted our faith in Cindy throughout the whole process resulting in exactly what we were aiming for. Cindy's real estate knowledge was impeccable; every box was ticked and crossed and rechecked to eliminate any hiccups; the intricacies of this industry is baffling but I remained positive to the end to everyone's delight. Kind regards Joanne Woodcock

Uncomplicated, honest, professional, knows what he’s doing and just gets on with it. Dave is very personable and respectful, I contracted him to sell my property and that’s what he did with efficiency and no nonsense. 21 day settlement with no complications...yay!

Gus is an excellent professional. He guided us through the process and was always there to assist, support and suggest what to do and how to do it. He is extremely responsible and the most beautiful thing is that he considers both, the seller and the buyer. Such a pleasure to work with him.
