If I could rate Gus Meikle more than 5 stars I would coz this gentleman knows everything there is to know about real estate. His communication was faultless, he kept us up to date with all information and majorly exceeded our expectations. He was so professional and friendly and made us feel so comfortable with him as our real estate agent. My family will never hire anyone but Gus as not only me but my brother and mum have had amazing experiences him and he was able to negotiate us all a better price then what we had expected for the sale of our homes. We met Gus years ago at a home open when we were first considering moving. He got in touch about selling our house, however this was delayed due to family court proceedings. Nevertheless Gus remained in touch every few months without being pushy & I got to thinking that if he is so diligent in keeping in touch with me, then he is also likely to be just as good at keeping in touch with interested potential buyers. So when we finally finished the renovations on my home I employed Gus to be our estate agent. When looking at possible new homes for myself, my previous experience of many estate agents was poor. Even when you called the number on the sales board, they would never even return my phone calls & I remember thinking at that time, that employing an estate agent might be more likely to hinder the sale of a property rather than facilitate it. My experience with Gus was completely different. He would always return my calls promptly, keep me abreast of the documents that required signing & quickly sorted out all the promotion tools. He provided routine sellers reports with great detail about the feedback we received from interested parties & as anticipated he diligently followed up & always got back to people as promised. As I was now living in Victoria, he went the extra mile & helped me in many other ways when I could not be there. When I had tried to sell my home previously, I made great efforts to get it clean & tidy & make it look like a show home, but often no one would show up. In contrast Gus reliably created good interest in our property, not just online, but through word of mouth & there was always a steady stream of people with several couples attending viewings for every home open. He knew all the key selling messages & best features of our home & was helpful with prospective buyers. I would definitely recommend Gus as he walks his talk.
