Terry has sold 4 properties that I’ve been involved in over the past 12 years. He knows his stuff inside out and goes for an auction each time if the market can bear it. Three of my properties sold at auction with record prices above market appraisals. He is thorough in his approach, creative and good fun. He will never compromise his own integrity and goes the second mile to secure the best deal. In my last sale just recently it took 6ths to sell. Terry had an 11 home open stint with his listings where not one person came through at all. He had never seen anything like it in the 40yrs plus of realestate experience. Yet he persevered with it even having plans drawn up for a potential pool for the back yard for one looker and checked with the Shire as to whether the trees in the niebours back yard could ever be cut down as they were a feature of the bush setting enjoyed from my back balcony. I’ve sited only two examples, there are many more that I could draw upon. Being forever proactive and ever good for a good story I’ve had no hesitation in recommending his services to others. I’m just sorry I have no more realestate in WA 😀
