Berny has been very helpful with all of our queries and provided a fast and efficient service right from the moment we entered the property at the home open. The entire process has been stress free and seamless. It is a delight dealing with Berny and the team at The Agency. I highly recommend Berny to anyone looking at buying or selling their property as her willingness to go over and beyond to ensure all parties involved receive their desired outcomes.

From the start Fab approached us with honesty and easy communication. In developing the sales strategy, our view were listened to and included in the final plan. The negotiation with the buyer was handled in a transparent and unpressured manner. This was a very good outcome and overall experience.

If I ever have another property to sell I will most definitely be calling Janey. She goes out of her way to do the absolute best for her sellers and got us a great price in a tough market. She has the experience and knowledge and great professionalism. As well as that Janey is a lovely person with a great sense of humour and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Janey!
