Krisitian was fantastic to deal with from start to finish! He was thorough in his communication, showed great people skills and a good understanding of everything real estate. He made the process simple and stress free and we ended up with a great sale price, higher then what I expected.

We had the pleasure of recently listing and selling our property with Janey Pagels. Due to Janey's real estate knowledge and high selling rate in the area, we felt very confident in her abilities to sell our property, and we weren't disappointed. Within only two home opens and one viewing, our property was sold for an excellent price in a difficult market, thanks to Janey's high negotiating skills. Her warm personality and genuine care for us made the whole process far easier and less stressful. We definitely recommend using Janey for anyone wanting to sell their home in the Canning Vale area.

Janey was absolutely brilliant!!! It was such an easy and seamless process. We were always well informed of where the sale was at and her excellent knowledge of the market enabled us to sell quickly. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is considering selling their property.

Janey certainly lives up to the 'No 1 Agent' title whilst our house took the average time to sell Janeys enthausiasm was the same throughout the process .Always answers any calls and happy to give advice With potential houses we were interested in buying. We live regionally and had a family member viewing properties for us. Janey was very flexible and accommidating when requesting a private inspection with inky 24hrs notice, one day prior to an open house. As we purchased the property without personally viewing, Janey has been very helpful in any additional requests for information. Janey has always been very personable and any dealing with her has been professional and very pleasant.
