We were unexpectantly given the job of selling a property for a friend who had passed away with the proceeds to go to charity and as part of the process the solicitor organising the probate tasked us with interviewing three estate agents. We explained how we wanted the maximum price for the property as it was important the charity receive the maximum benefits from the sale.
