After Elkie Zhou and Mitchal Towns very successfully marketed and sold my elderly mothers home for an amazing price last year, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind to place my faith in them again to handle the sale of 2 Woodleigh Cres. Vermont South. Being my investment property that had been owned by family members for over 40 years, it was an emotional decision to sell. The advice they suggested regarding modest decor updates that included some paint and lighting improvements actually transformed the overall presentation of the property which then appealed to a wider buyer demographic.
