He really went above and beyond, taking drone photography himself of the property and the area, doing promo videos, even fixing some minor repairs on the property to help get it over the line and ready for sale. Trying to sell my beautiful house was an emotional decision, but a needed one. Then to have interst rates increasing with unmatched speed and the market cooling off with all the media coverage made me very nervous. However Mitch and his partner Elkie, continued to support me and show me all the sales results around my property and on the day Mitch was an amazing auctioneer and got me a fantastic price for my property. Along this journey they tended to my nerves and advised on the worked needed to be done, and managed to even vacuum the house and sweep up the garden leaves before even opening. I couldn't have asked for more attention to detail and wonderful results.
