I could not have asked for a better agent than Tim. From start to finish the process of selling my home was seamless, timely and super easy. I was overseas at the beginning and received quality guidance without being hounded. Great estate agent and I recommend Tim to anyone thinking of selling their house.

It was tough saying goodbye to our home of 10 years, but thanks to Judy’s expertise, friendly nature and wonderful communication skills everything went as smoothly as could be. Judy had such a positive attitude, got us a sale price slightly above our appraisal bracket (as appraised by three different agents), and explained everything clearly at each step along the way. She demonstrated a great knowledge of the local market in Ferndale and the current selling conditions. She was always friendly and polite and also warmly included our kids which was lovely in a time of upheaval for them. We had Judy personally recommended by two family friends and will gladly add our recommendation to anyone looking to sell, especially in Ferndale - give Judy a call!

Tim not only got a great price and a quick sale for our home, he made the whole experience painless. He's extremely easy to talk to and never pushy. Tim was very professional in how he presented his report and always gave us options and we always felt in control of the sale. We can not recommend him highly enough.

Steve goes above and beyond for his clients both sellers and buyers. We used him to sell our home after our neighbours had bought through him and gave rave reviews on his communication, above and beyond help and extra touches that no other agent does. Can’t agree more!
