Terry assisted with the paperwork when I purchased my property and therefore could attest to the effort and renovations that had been executed over the seven years. Terry is old school and prefers not to dazzle you with unnecessary sales banter but hits from the hip. He decided on the price range and it was higher than a price I received from a random agent. Terry kept a hand written spreadsheet with buyers details and notes to know whether they were worthy of pursuing or not. That being said he hung in there where most agents would have approached the client for a reduction in price he was not swayed. He told me to be patient and after 55 days the right buyer came along and yes Terry was able to push the price up by 5k a good result. He didn’t stop there he managed to buy me some time so I could complete some renovations at my new house. A job well done and thank you

Andrew had been following our property for 3 years with me before I finally approached him to sell. He answered my call out of the blue as if I had been speaking to him on a daily basis for years. He was very approachable and passionate about his job. His knowledge of our suburb and market in general was quickly evident. Trying to sell from interstate was concerning for me but Andrew was available at all hours on all days of the week to us, guiding our decisions and facilitating all aspects of selling the property. His fees were far lower than I was expecting for a Top-Selling agent and overall, his involvement in the process made it progress quickly and efficiently to a very reasonable outcome for us. Our property was on the market for 4 days total in a rising interest rate market and he achieved the price he set for us almost to the dollar. I highly recommend Andrew and his ability to take the stress out of a process that I thought would be difficult and frustrating. It was anything but, under his guidance. Thanks Andrew.
