We met with Risto and explained our reservations and from the get-go, he was extremely patient and eased our decision making process. Risto had top communication skills as he made sure he communicated with us on the daily in regards to any of our selling updates or purchasing updates. We had a professional photographer at our house and within less than a few weeks, we had offers within our asking price. Risto truly understands how to sell houses. He made the process incredibly easy and his thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Risto and the Agency to everyone as our experience followed along with others feedback was amazing!

I not only sold my property through Tim but Tim was instrumental in finding me a new home. The whole process was made so much less stressful due to Tim’s professionalism.
