We recently purchased a property through Linda Smith at The Agency, Perth. Throughout the whole process Linda was professional, friendly, honest, always available if we had any queries and promptly obtained any information we required from the seller regarding the property. She was genuinely happy for my family in successfully purchasing the property and always kept us informed of any developments regarding the sale. I highly recommend Linda and her colleagues at The Agency.

Nicola was absolutely fantastic. I met her years ago when we bought this property and I was so impressed that 10 years later I wanted no one but Nicola to sell this property for me. She was brilliant with up to date knowledge of the area, her communication was amazing! Although I live 600 km away I never felt I was not being looked after. Nicola did everything and much more over her call of duty. When hand holding was needed she would go the extra mile. Selling this home through Nicola became a pleasure rather than a chore! She got us a great price, was very professional to deal with! I would highly recommend Nicola as the best real estate agent in WA without batting an eyelid! Nicola your the best! Thanks

Lisa and the team sold my house in a week, cash and for a better price than we thought. Lisa and the team were fantastic, approachable and professional. I would recommend Lisa and the team to anyone needing help in realestate.

Linda is a really pleasant and friendly person to deal with, you wont find a more down to earth and approachable Real Estate Agent. I cannot fault Linda from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble. The sales approach was sound, the property was sold in a timely manner and for a price I was happy with. You wont go wrong with Linda.

Cheryl was very professional with her dealings from day one until settlement. No question went unanswered. The pictures in the listing were of a professional quality giving us a good insight into what we would be seeing in person later. Cheryl was also a no pressure salesperson allowing us to make our own decisions without feeling pressured.

Judy was very helpful in getting as many people into our home to view as possible. We had placed an offer on another property, subject to sale so were interested in a quick sale. In the days leading up to the house going on the market we spent 4 days working hard on renovations in order to maximise the offer. Judy made some suggestions on what was important for buyers and where to focus our efforts. Judy came to each appointment, photos and home open early in order to double check everything was tidy and ready to go. She lit candles and prepared the house for viewing in advance of anyone coming through. The advertisement and home opens went very well with over 30 groups coming to visit. We managed to get multiple offers on our house and sold within 4 days, 30K above the asking price.

Judy helped us make sure we were the successful bidder of our new house by communicating well to the seller the quality of our bid. Even though our offer was subject to sale, we were still successful in having it accepted as we were putting our house on the market within days. If it wasn't for Judy we wouldn't have been successful and for that we are very thankful.
