Less hassle by dealing with a local expert.
As a first home buyer and a self employed, I was a bit worried when I decided to put an offer to this property. I expected it gonna be lots of hassle. Cheryl's knowledge and long term experience in property business in Kalbarri really helps all the process. Her flexibility, easy to communicate and her professionalism made the process went smooth. TOP AGENT!
Anil has handled the sale of two properties for us. The first was an apartment in Rivervale and the second a house in Kewdale. It is Anil's professionalism, market knowledge and negotiating skills that sets him apart. Anil expertly guided us through all aspects of selling these properties. His advice regarding presentation and price was accurate, making the whole process very easy. Anil kept us informed at all stages with up-dates as events evolved, and was always available. Anil is able to instill trust with his thoroughness, respect and genuine desire to obtain the best outcome for both parties. The sale of the second property was not straightforward and made more difficult by distance; we were able to rely on Anil to sort out all problems that arose. Our experience selling with Paul was excellent
