She was so supportive when the sale of our house fell through and organised extra home opens to get it resold ASAP . Going above and beyond helping to get rid of our swing before new settlement. She helped with issues we had with Building Inspection man . Personally, I wouldn't use Janey again. She did a great job selling the house. But her communication was one sided with my ex husband and as far as the settlement agency were aware, they knew nothing about me, my details ect. It took a tantrum to be heard.
