In order to move to Mandurah, we had to sell our Joondanna property to fund the purchase. We tried to sell our property ourselves. We had three home opens and got a total of one lead. Realising we were over our heads we engaged Adam who got the ball rolling in just over a week. It was only necessary to have one home open as it attracted 15 couples, from which two offers resulted.
