Rash was very good and provided great advice and support as we went through the buying process. However, once the sale had gone through, he didn't follow through on several matters that required attention. Some examples * not alerting the builder to the issues we noted at settlement - we contacted them over a week after Rash had said he would contact them and that was they first they had heard of our issues. * the gardens were full of weeds and Rash advised he would organise a gardener to come out and weed them before we moved in. Didn't happen and so we ended up doing it as we moved in.

I approached Anil for a market apraisal and possible sale of my property at Rivervale. Anil responded promptly with the accurate picture of the current market status and recommended to put the property in the market.
