We chose to work with Janey due to her approachability, friendliness and her genuine nature of wanting the best outcome for us. She kept us informed and gave us advice on how to prepare the property for sale. She knows her market really well, and went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Janey and Team!

I just completed the sale of a property in Lynwood with Judy and could not be happier with the service she provided. Judy has a very good knowledge of the local area and market, and stayed in regular contact with us throughout the process so we were always informed of the current status / progress of the sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Judy’s services to anyone requiring a real estate agent, as our experience with Judy was very positive.

Our overall experience with Michael was a positive one. We found him to be knowledgeable , honest and realistic with his advice. He suggested we would sell easily , and we did achieve exactly that.

Leanne made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. I was very happy from beginning to end amd wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else looking to sell their house.

We asked Matt to help us sell our house. We had it on the market for just 4 days before accepting an offer. If that doesn't inspire confidence that he knows what he's doing, I don't know what will.

We decided to use Rash Dhanjal and his agency as they were a fresh pair of eyes in Byford particularly as the market here is very competitive with copious amounts of houses for sale. We have sold quite a few homes in our lives but Rash and his Team were probably the most hardworking Estate Agents we have ever used. The determination was evident and after many many open days we reaped the rewards with an above price we were asking for. Nothing was too much trouble... the professionalism, sincerity , punctuality and knowledge was noted. We had consulted other EA's in the area and I estimate that Rash obtained in excess of $90,000+ more for us than we had been quoted for our house sale. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Estate Agent.. one of the best around!
Rash Dhanjal
