I could not have achieved what was achieved in the short time frame that it was achieved in if it had not began with a phone call to Gaylene. Knowing the house was unique, I knew that I needed an agent that did not apply a "one size fits all " approach to selling in a market where some agents feel they don't have to try "places sell themselves. Right ? Selling a house is stressful at the best of times let alone when separation is a fuelling source for a required sale.
