Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for the area of MORANGUP. Kerri-Lee is a local agent, familiar with the market place, and invested to help you sell. She has a variety of buyers near and far, she is flexible, knowledgable, and easy to communicate with. Kerri-Lee is not a miracle worker, but she is experienced, professional and friendly, she will get the job done. Highly recommend.

We were given excellent service by Terry Hardie. His marketing knowledge was first rate. We were given great advice on what to spend money and effort on to increase the property presentation in the buyers eyes. Terry even helped prune the roses and helped us spread some of the lawn top dressing we were putting on. Not many agents would go to that effort! He can be a hard task-master, but is a thorough professional.
