I found myself in the position of wanting to sell my property and not really knowing how to go about it or who best to engage with, to manage what seemed to me to be a daunting task. I had noticed that consistently the "Lisa Barham of the Agency" literature was always simple to follow, direct and professional delivered in terms of the content and visually. When I decided I needed to talk to a professional about the potential sale of my property Lisa was the obvious choice. Based totally on her local canvassing, which demonstrated a concise local knowledge, a sales history in the immediate area, together with a general professional approach to the process. Every step of the way, Lisa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive in providing options, opinions and recommendations on how best to bring the property to the market. Joel has without a doubt been the most helpful and easy to work with agent I have ever dealt with. Joel was always prompt and extremely reliable. Hence i trusted him 100% this was important as I reside in a different state to where I was purchasing. We initially spoke to Gus regarding a valuation with no plans to hire an agent.
