Jon was market knowledgeable and came well prepared even though I thought that I expected more money and thought that I knew what I wanted for the land only basis. It was soon proved to me that Jon was right and I was proven wrong but I was still very happy with the sale price in the current market. After the sale Jon has gone well and way above what anyone could ever expect from the sales person by helping me pack up my things and storing them at his house as I have moved interstate. There was a glitch with the removalists and I could never ever have achieved this by myself. I will be forever grateful and would gladly recommend this honest, lovely and helpful young family man to anyone who should care to contact me.
