Having lived at the property for about 6 months I had been aware of a number of "Selling Agents" due to promotional sales literature being delivered via post and direct mail drops. I had noticed that consistently the "Lisa Barham of the Agency" literature was always simple to follow, direct and professional delivered in terms of the content and visually. When I decided I needed to talk to a professional about the potential sale of my property Lisa was the obvious choice. Based totally on her local canvassing, which demonstrated a concise local knowledge, a sales history in the immediate area, together with a general professional approach to the process. Every step of the way, Lisa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive in providing options, opinions and recommendations on how best to bring the property to the market. I found that Lisa set a high standard of service from the outset, having rejected various sale photographs, to ensure my property was shown in the best possible way. The high level of service was never reduced or compromised at any point. Appointments were always based around my calendar, so as to limit any inconvenience and never to suit Lisa's diary, out of hours meetings were held, nothing seemed too much trouble. All in all, I can only praise Lisa for her commitment to the sale of my property, achieving a higher than anticipated sale price, and concluding a particularly complex chain of related sales with what seemed to be "ease". Lisa Barham is quite simply a Stand-out Sales Consultant and I would have no hesitation in recommending her services to any person considering selling their property, nor would I hesitate to contact Lisa in the event that I need any advice on a sales matter in the future, whether buying or selling. Joel has without a doubt been the most helpful and easy to work with agent I have ever dealt with. Joel was always prompt and extremely reliable. Hence i trusted him 100% this was important as I reside in a different state to where I was purchasing. I had so many questions and concerns but Joel went above and beyond to clarify and even video what I asked for at my request . The online transaction was a breeze. We initially spoke to Gus regarding a valuation with no plans to hire an agent. Even with knowing this may not result in work for him, he turned up fully prepared and stayed for 90minutes discussing our options and a sale plan. Before we knew it, we had a Real Estate crush on Gus!! In the end he won us over with his sincerity, his humour and his love of a good pun!! Over the next few weeks he worked diligently to secure us the price we wanted and a super quick sale!! Jon was market knowledgeable and came well prepared even though I thought that I expected more money and thought that I knew what I wanted for the land only basis. It was soon proved to me that Jon was right and I was proven wrong but I was still very happy with the sale price in the current market. After the sale Jon has gone well and way above what anyone could ever expect from the sales person by helping me pack up my things and storing them at his house as I have moved interstate. There was a glitch with the removalists and I could never ever have achieved this by myself. I will be forever grateful and would gladly recommend this honest, lovely and helpful young family man to anyone who should care to contact me.
