This property proved to be a little challenging to sell as the owners were not very accommodating with getting access to view the property. So when we did get to finally see it, we knew that it had a lot of potential and we just had to provide the elbow grease(lots of it!!) to whip it into shape. Kerrie-Lee kept us informed and responded to our messages and emails usually within the day so we knew where we were at. She knew that we were keen to get in as soon as possible to polish this rough diamond and allowed us early access even though settlement was delayed by a week. We found her helpful and friendly and willing to go out of her way to ease the process of purchasing a property.
