When I had tried to sell my home previously, I made great efforts to get it clean & tidy & make it look like a show home, but often no one would show up. In contrast Gus reliably created good interest in our property, not just online, but through word of mouth & there was always a steady stream of people with several couples attending viewings for every home open. He knew all the key selling messages & best features of our home & was helpful with prospective buyers. I would definitely recommend Gus as he walks his talk.
