Our buying experience from Rash was the best I have had in 40years of purchasing multiple properties in Perth. He has a great approach of being upfront about everything in the dealings of the property purchase. Rash helped us with plenty of data and evidence to support our purchase. He continued to communicate throughout the process to ensure all parties where on track and clear on next steps. We highly recommend him and will continue to do business with Rash and his team at The Agency. The force is strong with this one!

We used Jon's company to sell the family home in Warwick after my mother moved into Aged Care. From the very beginning Jon was respectful, mindful of the circumstances and totally professional. He was proactive in securing a buyer, prompt to answer ALL queries and totally transparent throughout the transaction. We had anticipated this to be a protracted tedious process but Jon made it the complete opposite. Hence, we had no hesitation to recommend him to a close family friend selling under very similar circumstances. Our confidence was justified, a quick sale was achieved and the vendor was very appreciative of the recommendation. Jon is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate but it's his wonderful, caring and professional manner that sets him apart from the others.

This was the second time we used Fab. He achieved a very good outcome in only 3 weeks. He was easy to work with, had a good understanding of the market and created a marketing strategy that worked very well for our property, making the most of its best attributes. I would use Fab again and recommend him to others.

This is the first time we had sold a property and the process seemed quite daunting. Paul really helped guide us through the process and made the process as stress free as you could hope for when selling a house. When we decided it was time to sell we discovered we had chosen a very difficult market time to do so, Paul has great market knowledge so we were able to shift out marketing campaign quickly to respond in order to get the best result. Paul’s communication was second to none, he always gave us honest feedback following every inspection and kept us up to date through the whole process. Paul is very friendly and easy going, all to often you meet salesman that are just out make the best profit for themselves, when dealing with Paul we always felt he had our best interests in hand and never pushed us to rush a decision. It was a pleasure working with Paul and hope to be able to use his services again when the time comes to move again.

Can't praise Jon enough. He was professional and caring. Always kept us in the loop to what was happening. If we could give Jon a rating of 200 out of 100 we would. Would highly recommend Jon to anyone we know is considering selling their home. Thank you.

I found Judy very efficient in my dealings with her regarding the purchase of a property. She was able to advise on first home buyers and Landgate requirements, she also took the initiative in reaching an agreement with the vendor.

I contacted Gus because I saw his signs around Greenwood, so was going in cold, but from the moment we met him we just felt we could trust him. He was a pleasure to deal with, had excellent local market knowledge and got us a really great result in a a much faster timeframe than we had expected. We are really happy and cant thank Gus enough for all his time, energy and effort.

Leanne was great, even in the tough market she managed to get my house sold quickly for a good price. She also made the selling process very easy for me which helped a lot as I’m quite a busy person. I would definitely recommend Leanne. Thanks again!
