We got the house handover earlier than planned but Raj was there at short notice (less than 1 hours after being told). I got all the information about the area, potential tenants, the process, the challenges and the solutions. As an award-winning agent, Raj was able to get a reliable tenant in 1 week despite having similar houses in the market for over 45 days. The quality of information, the quality of advice and the quality of service even after having the tenant cannot be overemphasized.

We are thankful because we found Mr Raj, who helped us secure our rental house. He was very accommodating and approachable. He knows a lot about the property and the area and able to answer and address all our queries and doubts. Even after signing the contract and start occupying the house, Raj was able to resolve and clarify all our concerns. Overall, i am happy with his service. I might engage his service again in the future when we decide to buy our own house.
