I don't think you couldn't find more knowledgeable agent in our neighbourhood! He was available at all the times (morning, lunch time and evenings). Open house was well organised (two people team work) and we are really happy with a quick results. Focus was on seller and all the parties was happy with the final result. This is a very stressful time in your life especially if you are in an older age group, steve has always kept us in touch with everthing happening or of any changes beyond his control. we see Steve as more of friend now after he has gone out of his way on many occassions to contact us late in the evening way after working hours when we have been worried about a process within the sale and he was cortious enough to listen and explain the situation and process in a very professional manner.
