We would recommend Steve Cole to anyone wanting to sell their home. This is a very stressful time in your life especially if you are in an older age group, steve has always kept us in touch with everthing happening or of any changes beyond his control. we see Steve as more of friend now after he has gone out of his way on many occassions to contact us late in the evening way after working hours when we have been worried about a process within the sale and he was cortious enough to listen and explain the situation and process in a very professional manner. Contrary to the belief that many people have that phone messages go unanswered, Steve would always phone us back with the the correct information , (it may not be the answer you wished to hear but he was honest enough to tell you the truth then at least you knew what action to take).
