Soha was excellent from start to finish. A professional and a true gentle man. Selling your home can be a stressful and emotional experience. Having an agent who understands this is very important. Soha ticked all the boxes. Thankfully selling our home was a effortless experience for us. I would highly recommend Soha.

I would like to thank Steve Cole of Harcourt's Castle Hill for his negotiation of the sale of my Baulkham Hills property within 7 days of listing. All requests were met promptly and knowledgably and Steve's ability to communicate resulted in a very satisfactory sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and would use his services again.

Chris provided a very professional service in selling our Mother's villa. He delivered exactly what he promised, selling the place in the nominated time frame and within the price range. He impressed us with his knowledge of the over 55's Baulkham Hills market and was able to deliver buyers through his contacts and experience. Can thoroughly recommend Chris.

Soha was one of the best agents that we have ever met. He always explained things based on the facts. He never exaggerated and overpromised. We are satisfied with what he has done for us and what he has achieved.

My sisters & I used Chris to sell our late mothers apartment in an over 55s complex. Chris was extremely gentle & respectful of our grief throughout the whole process. His knowledge of the market is unsurpassed - we interviewed other agencies prior to engaging Chris. He is very professional and nothing is too much of a problem - he even watered the plants before he left each open home for us! The apartment was effectively sold after the fourth open home! We couldn't ask for more!

Soha was extremely professional in all of his communications and dealings with us. His market knowledge, particularly in the Bella Vista area, is of a very high level. At all times he was very friendly and we maintained complete trust in his ability to negotiate the best deal possible for us. He always managed to go above and beyond what was expected. I would not hesitate in recommending his services.
