With the recent sale of our property we found Chris to be most helpful in all facets of the process, from our initial contact where he enthusiastically explained the whole process from beginning to end, setting realistic time lines in which to achieve each step on the way to the completed sale. He was also very responsive to our needs, such as adjusting the time line when, due to circumstances I was falling behind in my side of the preparation of the property for sale. He and his team handled the open houses very professionally, preparing us with tips and advice to present our property in the best possible light. His use of very good professionals to assist with the process were demonstrated, such as the photographer's efforts which certainly helped tremendously in generating interest in the property which translated to good attendances at the open houses and his choice of Auctioneer who did an extremely good job at maximising the value for the property. Both myself and my wife were very happy with Chris and would unreservedly recommend him and his team to anyone wishing to sell their property.
