John was a pleasure to deal with. I had been in touch with him for over 12 months after seeing him selling apartments in the same building. He wasn't making any money from me and no reason to give me market info then and also continue to every time I asked him for the next year. John (and his associate Cam) could not have been more sensitive during the sale of my sister's house (my sister had recently died from cancer and it was an extremely difficult time for me as executor and my other sister) - never afraid to ask how we were doing and offer a hug (which we welcomed). John and Cam helped us set up the house in a way that I would not have, but which obviously illustrated their knowledge of the market as we received well over the reserve price.
