John has now sold 4 properties for us, 3B Bent St being the latest. This latest was the most difficult challenge as it is a high performance detached townhouse at the rear of the property with a 100-apartment complex next door. John took charge of all the little (and not so little) things needed to bring the property back up to peak condition (it had been rented out for 2 years after we moved to the country). John knew exactly what would best prepare the property for sale (have you ever watched "Selling Houses Australia"?) and organised the various tradesmen for us, as we now live 3 hours away from Melbourne. John knows how to engage people and help them understand what they are looking for in a house. Not everyone wants a house secluded at the back of a property, but John knew how to attract and engage those potential buyers that were open to the privacy advantages of the property, at the same time being only 50 metres from High Street. There weren't many groups attending the inspections, but they were the people who were interested in that particular property. We are extremely happy with how the sale went. There were a number of bidders in a market that had started to turn, no vendor bids were necessary, and the purchasers were also happy.
