Amy is an excellent estate agent and a pleasure to deal with. She was patient with our frequent visit requests and continued to show high quality professionalism throughout. She updated us regularly and took part in our journey enthusiastically.

We had a very warm and professional experience dealing with Amy, she is very good at her job and accommodating with our minimum time to show the house and video call for an inspection and always available on the phone which was so helpful as we are not local to Emerald Beach. Thanks do much for your hard work and beautiful nature.

When it came to settlement day and the pre-settlement inspection we found this agent to be actively unhelpful and grumpy. When he was unavailable to be present for a pre-settlement inspection and we asked if there was anyone else at the agency who could open up to enable the inspection he actually said “everyone else has their jobs to do and they can’t drop everything just to accommodate you”. That was disappointing given we had driven over 500km that day to do the inspection. While we were driving enroute the agency actually SMS’d us the banking details of the vendor and the financial allocations!!! We were late but the appointment was made at a time to accommodate his preferred schedule and he knew it would be difficult for us to make. As it turned out, with some encouragement by the vendor, the agent did become available for the briefest of inspections. No greeting, clean up of site was appalling, inside was still dirty and as we found out later the cleaners engaged damaged the house. Not a good experience at all. Goodwill is free!

From our first interaction with Amy, she was professional, friendly and accommodating. She goes out of her way to help with anything you need, and does it with a smile and a reassuring word. Amy was always up to speed on every step of the process of buying our home, and extremely efficient in helping us through it all. We have been so impressed with Amy both as an agent and as a person that we will be inviting her to our house-warming ! 😊 I would not hesitate to contact Amy again if the need should arise in the future.

My app Selling my home was a daunting task for me as it is for many people. Brett Finnie attended the appraisal and sale of my home. During the whole process he made me feel very comfortable by treating me like a person, not like an old lady. I found Brett respectful, informative and very good communicating with me on all aspects pre during and post the sale of my home Im very grateful that a friend of mine recommended Brett as the agent to sell my home Thanks heaps Brett

As a first home buyer, I found Brett Finnie an excellent real estate agent to purchase through. He was very knowledgeable of the property, & if he wasn't sure of the answers required, he asked the owner & was very prompt with his reply to me. Between Brett, & my conveyancer, the sale went through without any problems at all, & I'm now living & loving being in my 1st home. Thankyou Brett, for all your help!

Tom sold our previous home of 20 years. This was the 2nd property Tom sold for us in the last 18 months. The first open house brought the result we had asked for. Thank you Tom! Tom is very professional, personable and a great communicator. The Edge is our go to real estate in the Coffs Harbour area and Tom Sullivan will get the best possible result for his client

This is my second time I have dealt with Tom. He sold us our current property 6+ years ago, and last week, I settled on an investment property in Korora. Both times I was impressed by his professionalism, sound understanding of my requirement and fairness in balancing my needs and his vendor's expectations. As soon as I explained what I was looking for, he mentioned his vendor's property and when I saw it, I realised that Tom had exactly understood what I was looking for and I made an offer on the spot! Tom is punctual, professional, responsible and caring. What else can you hope for in a salesperson!
