My husband and I have recently purchased a property being presented by Tom Sullivan . We are very happy to review Tom , we found him to be very pleasant , helpful and very knowledgeable about not only the home he was selling but also properties for sale in in the area we were interested in. We needed to travel from Sydney to view the home and he was very helpful in our need for some flexibility with viewing times, we felt for him nothing was to much trouble and we very much appreciated it. We would highly recommend Tom who we found professional , knowledgeable and friendly .

The buying of 24/11 Patterson Drive was difficult at times due to me being in Hobart and trying to deal with bank issues. He was always professional and very timely in his communication. When I sell my house in Sawtell I will be using him.
