Grant was a reliable and realistic real estate agent. He listened to what we wanted out of the sale and was able to sell our property for a good price and within a decent timeframe. Thanks for your assistance Grant!

My wife and I cannot recommend Grant highly enough. Selling our house in 9 days at the top end of the price range was an excellent achievement. Grant is very through, knowledgeable and keeps you updated at every step of the sales process. We both highly recommend Grant to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Our experience with Tom as our agent was pure delight. Very professional, always happy and polite. Dressed well, on time….a great attribute, and helped us with any trivial query. The weather was horrible with all our open days, but Tom bright as a button turning up to greet interested parties. Always had time to relate any interested parties to us and we always felt “special “. We have sold eighteen properties over the years, and feel Tom was top of the list. Thank you Tom.
