We met Tom originally as buyers and liked his approach when assisting us in our property search. When we decided to think about selling we approached Tom for an opinion. Once the decision to sell was made, he was efficient and knowledgeable throughout the selling process. He found us the right buyers and secured the sale quickly. We would definitely buy or sell with Tom again and recommend him.

Tom knows the market extremely well and completed thorough findings prior to allocating a price range for our property. Tom and The Edge communicated very effectively at all times. Tom is a very good listener. He has a calm manner and is ready to put your mind at ease with various queries. Being highly professional at all times I would highly recommend Tom and thank him for selling our home that we’ve lived in and loved for twenty six years.

Tom was outstanding as my agent. The communication during the process was very transparent. I was aware of everything that was happening and Tom went over and above helping me organise what had to be done. He even gave me advice on how to fix my TV !! A fantastic asset to the company. Would definitely recommend him and The Edge.
