We were so thrilled with his ability to communicate with us every step of the way through the sales process, nothing was too much to ask of him. Unfortunately, due to COVID lock-downs we were locked in QLD and unable to get to the property during the sales campaign, Brett's professional approach helped put us at ease as we relied on him during this time frame. always prompt on replies. Chased up on any questions, pleasant and professional in all d3al8ngs. Maybe let down on not having full details - ie seller non acceptance of deposit bond, nbn not connected to house and missing keys. All of which were left on us - maybe more about seller than Brent, but left us with bad taste
