We were so thrilled with his ability to communicate with us every step of the way through the sales process, nothing was too much to ask of him. Maybe let down on not having full details - ie seller non acceptance of deposit bond, nbn not connected to house and missing keys. All of which were left on us - maybe more about seller than Brent, but left us with bad taste
