We needed an investment property to offer staff a place of residence when advertising for specialty staff to relocate to work with us. I contacted Murray on a Monday, we viewed 3 - 4 properties on the Wednesday with Murray and the first property we inspected we thought was perfect and with Murray’s guidance we made an offer and secured the property. Murray also previously sold our residential property for a record price in Middle Boambee. He knows the market well and is very attentive to his clients needs. Thanks Murray. Appreciated your help on this property.

David was a reliable and effective agent during what was an extended sales campaign. He used a number of strategies to keep our property in potential buyers eyes and maintain interest. Once our buyer was secured David was an excellent liaison between seller and buyer which made the settlement process streamlined and easy. David, and his supporting staff at The Edge, are true professionals who are a pleasure to work with.
