Brett was awesome all round. He made it a breeze for us as buyers. His knowledge about the market, the specific property and the whole settlement process made it so much smoother. His communication skills are great - whether he is answering questions or communicating between us and the vendor, Brett was clear and quick to get in touch. Whether you’re buying or selling Brett is an awesome agent, he makes the process super smooth, very knowledgeable and great to have a chat with. Brett went above and beyond and we’re grateful for it. Thanks Brett!

I found David to lack personality, disinterested and communication was the bare minimum. Considering I was an interstate buyer, purchasing the property site unseen, I think a little extra attention would have gone a long way. A little disappointing but he sold and I purchased so a deal was achieved.Currently it’s a vendors market so I guess not much effort is needed from a marketing agent.

I could not recommend Brett Finnie highly enough. Brett went beyond to support and work positively with us to sell our property. He understood the market, was great with buyers and with the tenants. He was always incredibly friendly, accomodating and timely with all correspondence and communication.

Brett has exceptional communication skills, not once did I feel overwhelmed by this process. Our situation was unique and we were selling part of our mother’s estate. Our tenants had been in the house for over 15 years. Brett handled all hurdles with confidence, integrity and empathy. My sister and I cannot thank him enough.
