Highly recommend

I have sold multiple apartments with The Gallery Real Estate and they are truly amazing. Fantastic attention to detail, very responsible, professional and reliable. They achieved strong sale results for us given market conditions and individual property issues. Their main strength is their communication skills, they are very easy to contact and are pro-active in their communication with you. They address questions directly, do not evade or ignore difficult questions and always reply extremely quickly. They have strong negotiation skills and even when some of my apartment sales faced unexpected difficulties, they responded professionally, ethically and adapted to the situation. They proactively solved problems rather than needing us to drag them along to find solutions. Customer service 11/10. I highly recommend them. The team we worked with were Thomas Tamine, Rocco Colosi and Stephen Wu. We sounded out 4-5 real estate agents before deciding to choose this team to be our selling agent, and we have absolutely no regrets.

Rocco is a great agent

Rocco was incredible during the pre and post sale process. He was very honest and open with feedback and went out of his way to over communicate the number of buyers walking through the house and thoughts. He made the process very easy. We were very pleased to work with Rocco and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family. His constant follow up, friendly demeanour and integrity make him stand out.
