Edward, who assisted Jessica at the opens, managed some difficult situations with large numbers, one lift and Covid. He was calm and professional and responsive, Jessica is very positive and up beat. She diligently followed up leads. Craig is very experienced in final negotiations and brought the sale home adroitly. We were happy with the result.
