Excellent service and outcome
On first meeting Craig, Jill and Jessica, I immediately felt comfortable in engaging them to sell mum's home. The whole experience was professional and relaxed. They were hard working, diligent and communicated with me every step of the way. They advised me and I took their advice, including going to auction early. Their advice was sound and I valued their honesty and integrity. The sale was smooth with absolutely no stress. I really appreciated that Jill and Craig texted me nearly every day and rang with important feedback. Their choice of auctioneer proved invaluable and the sale, in Covid time, was text book, even with the Zoom auction process. Everyone guided me all through the sale process ( only 3 weeks ) with good humour and encouragement. Huge thanks to MCY - a positive, happy, trustworthy and professional team.
