We appointed Craig with the brief to sell our house at top dollar in a declining market and to not abandon us if the auction failed. Craig and Jessica were absolutely committed to our sale and at all times, we felt that we were his priority. The auction did fail as it was right at the start of the Corona Virus scare and yet he and Jessica kept working hard and achieved a great result one week after the auction. At all times he was realistic, unfailingly courteous, professional and available. We were so happy with the result and would use Craig again. We highly recommend him to any prospective seller.

From my first meeting with Kate I was impressed with her detailed knowledge of the area and advanced preparation of the strategy she would propose for our property sale. Her research was already done in advance and she was Very much on top of the detail. I had no hesitation in appointing them as our agent. The experience was painless and we sold for more than I was expecting within a week. The advice I was given proved correct in every aspect and it was great to have someone to guide me through the process. The eventual buyer was already known to the agent and was looking for a property like ours in the area. I cannot recommend Kate more highly as the sellers agent.
